Welcome to Mako's Vista Treasure Island Vacation Rentals. Our rental units are located in Sunset Vista Beachfront Suites. Each unit in Sunset Vista is individually owned. You have all of the benefits of a condo with the amenities of a hotel. Why stay in a hotel room when you can have all of the benefits of home for less? Mako's Vista Vacation Rentals is an off site rental company. We offer reasonable rates and sparkling clean units. This is a wonderful spot for a family vacation.

We offer two bedroom, two bath units each with a private balcony. Each unit is 890 square feet. You may rent short or long term. We offer Gulf View and Gulf Front Units.
We also have a 2/2 unit located in Sand Dunes next door.

We would like to welcome you to enjoy our Treasure Island Vacation Rentals in Sunset Vista Beachfront Suites located on beautiful Treasure Island Beach, Florida. We offer two bedroom, two bath units with a private gulf front or gulf view balcony. Units are beautifully decorated "Tommy Bahama" style. We are located in Sunset Vista gulfside on Treasure Island Beach, a quarter mile south of John's Pass.
These non-smoking condo's are located throughout the building which allow you to choose between gulf front and gulf view and find something for each family and budget. A vacation condo rental offers more room and privacy for your loved ones while on vacation.
The majority of the two bedrooms feature a queen sized bed in each bedroom and a pull out queen sized sleeper in the living room. Two bathrooms make it easy for everyone to shower after spending a relaxing day on the beach. Unit 611 S and Sand Dunes have 2 twin beds in the second bedroom.
Eating every meal out while on vacation can get expensive. Each of our units come with a fully equiped kitchen making it easy to save money and eat in. The full sized kitchen includes a refrigrator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
We also have a washer and dryer in each unit to help you travel light. We even provide the laundry soap. Imagine unpacking a clean suitcase when you get home and all the time you will save not having to do extra loads of laundry before going back to work.
