We would like to welcome you to enjoy this new in summer 2006 condo/hotel resort on beautiful Treasure Island Beach.  We offer two bedroom, two bath units with a private gulf front or gulf view balcony.  
Units are beautifully decorated "Tommy Bahama" style.  We are located in Sunset Vista gulfside on Treasure Island Beach, a quarter mile south of John's Pass.
 
These non-smoking condo's are located throughout the building which allow you to choose between gulf front and gulf view and find something for each family and budget.  A vacation condo rental offers more room and privacy for your loved ones while on vacation.

All of the two bedrooms feature a queen sized bed in each bedroom and a pull out queen sized sleeper in the living room. Two bathrooms make it easy for everyone to shower after spending a relaxing day on the beach.

Eating every meal out while on vacation can get expensive.  Each of our units come with a fully equiped kitchen making it easy to save money and eat in.  The full sized kitchen includes a refrigrator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

We also have a washer and dryer in each unit to help you travel light.  We even provide the laundry soap.  Imagine unpacking a clean suitcase when you get home and all the time you will save not having to do extra loads of laundry before going back to work.
