Sunset Vista units are two bedroom, two bath units each with a private balcony Each unit is 870 square feet. You may rent short or long term. We offer Gulf View, Premium Gulf View and Gulf Front Units.
We also have a 2/2 unit located in Sand Dunes next door and Land's End at the tip of Sunset Beach.

We would like to welcome you to enjoy our Treasure Island Vacation Rentals in Sunset Vista located on beautiful Treasure Island Beach, Florida. We offer two bedroom, two bath units with a private gulf front or and multiple gulf view units.
Units are beautifully decorated "Tommy Bahama" style. We are located in Sunset Vista beachside on Treasure Island Beach, a quarter mile south of John's Pass.
These non-smoking condo's are located throughout the building which allow you to choose between gulf front and gulf view and find something for each family and budget. A vacation condo rental offers more room and privacy for your loved ones while on vacation.
The majority of the two bedrooms feature a queen sized bed in each bedroom and a pull out queen sized sleeper in the living room. Two bathrooms make it easy for everyone to shower after spending a relaxing day on the beach. Unit 611 S and Sand Dunes & Land's End have 2 twin beds in the second bedroom.
Eating every meal out while on vacation can get expensive. Each of our units come with a fully equiped kitchen making it easy to save money and eat in. The full sized kitchen includes a refrigrator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
We also have a washer and dryer in each unit to help you travel light saving on those expensive airline baggage fees.
